Typewritten notes from Dr. Rudolph Matas' course in the Department of Surgery at Tulane Medical School in 1923. Azar was then a medical student at Tulane; these notes appear to have been his, but were found in the papers of fellow student Ambrose Storck, whose collection is under SC-121. Scope and Contents From the Series: The records covering Behrman's final term, are more substantial than those in the first series, although they too are fragmentary. Among the agencies covered most fully are the City Attorney, the Isaac Delgado Central Trades School, the Louisiana Highway Commission, and the Board of Commissioners of the Orleans Levee District.
