Files regarding routine business with French Market tenants (e.g.lease agreements, rent requests, conditions of the leased space, violations of regulations, etc.) were sampled and the bulk of such files discarded. Routine personnel files were also discarded. Files related to the renovation of the French Market complex were retained, as were files related to the proposed New Orleans Regional Food Market.
