The records in this collection span the years 1980-1983 and contain correspondence as well as questionnaires distributed to District A constituents. Correspondence is both incoming and outgoing. Included in this series is a single letter from Bryan Wagner concerning funding of the New Orleans Public Library, dated 1984. There are also several folders regarding the topic of cable television programing in the New Orleans area for the years 1980-1981.

The second portion of this collection is comprised of questionnaires completed by District A constituents regarding proposed changes to City Park, Lakeview, Bayou St. John, and concerns about crime. Three separate questionnaires were distributed to constituents and the responses are collected here. Included are results reports for the City Park/ Lakeview questionnaire and the City Park/ Crime/ Bayou St. John questionnaire.
