Copies of ordinances and resolutions, the actual purpose of which is uncertain. Possibly they were copies made for retention by the Boards while the original documents were being considered by the Mayor. This subseries may be particularly useful in the case of ordinances or resolutions missing from the other subseries, or in cases where the original document is wholly or partially illegible.
