Biographical / Historical

When records for the Historic District Landmark Commission were transferred to the City Archives in 2013 a series of photographs labeled “Koch and Wilson” were included in the transferred materials. The transfer included 272 black and white 8 x 10 prints dated circa 1979. The images capture different aspects of the architecture of New Orleans. The origin of these images is unknown, but evidence suggests that they may be connected to a report, “National Register Districts In Community Development Areas” created for the Historic District Landmark Commission by Koch and Wilson in 1979. The report can be found in the City Documents under call number ARA150 1979sh.
