Biographical / Historical

Cedric S. Grant served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer from 1994 until mid-2000. In July, 2000, Grant was named Acting Chief Administrative Officer, succeeding CAO Marlin Gusman, who resigned to run for the Council District D seat. In October 2000, he was officially named CAO. Although the files reflect primarily the tenure of CAO Grant, a few files from Marlin Gusman's term as CAO are included.
