Scope and Contents

Correspondence and email print-outs, primarily from Midura's District A constituents, generally routine in nature and retained as a sample illustrating the day-to-day business of the District A office in post-Katrina New Orleans. The files are arranged alphabetically by the first letter of the surname of the correspondent. Photographs illustrating an issue addressed in the correspondence are occasionally included.

Scope and Contents

Correspondence and other materials arranged by the dates of specific meetings of the City Council. Councilmember Midura's copies of council meeting packets, zoning dockets and reports, drafts and final copies of ordinances, motions,and resolutions, etc. were discarded. Any correspondence sent directly to Midura and any copies of correspondence or materials carrying her handwritten notes were retained. Various other correspondence "carbon copied" to Councilmember Midura was also discarded.
