Biographical / Historical
Wesley Busby was a civil engineer for the New Orleans Sewerage & Water Board for 33 years. He graduated from Tulane University, was past president of the American Public Works Association and was a member of the Louisiana Bridge Association and the Bridge Center Association. Mr. Busby passed away in 2005.
