The papers include manuscript and typewritten correspondence and published speeches, pamphlets, and legal briefs by Perez, along with briefs, government documents, pamphlets, books, etc. collected by Perez and his associates. Also included are several sound recordings of speeches, meetings, interviews, and radio broadcasts by Perez and his associates. Subjects include segregation, Communism, states' rights, and politics. Correspondents include F. Edward Hebert, Orval Faubus, James O. Eastland, W.M. Rainach, and Wade O. Martin.
