The papers cover the years 1982-1984. They consist largely of memos sent from Mr. Katz to Petr Spurney, the Fair President, and other officials of the Fair. There are a number of financial tables showing the expenditures and revenues of the Fair.

Biographical / Historical

Martin Katz served as Executive Assistant to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York. He served as the Vice President of Finance for the Fair from 1982-1984.
