Scope and Contents The Historic District Landmarks Commission papers include handwritten survey forms, photographs, and slide images of neighborhoods assessed for their historic value and for preservation. Not all neighborhoods include both surveys and photographs/slides. Some include surveys without images, or images without surveys.
