Biographical / Historical

This is a large collection of slides taken by staff of the HDLC over the course of 30 years (1979-2004). These slides were created by staff at the HDLC for use by the staff or the Commission. The nature of the slides varies greatly. Some images will simply show the exterior of a structure while others may focus on the details of the exterior such as the gates.

Many of the Historic Districts were resurveyed in or around 1995. A product of this round of surveys was a series of slides to accompany each survey. The ca. 1995 surveys themselves are still in use by the HDLC and have not yet been transferred to the City Archives.
