Lafayette Cemetery interment records from when the cemetery was overseen by the City of Lafayette, 1836-1852. After annexation, the cemetery becomes a New Orleans municipal cemetery, administered by the Division of Cemeteries. Researchers should be sure to consult these materials for later records. Some materials may be duplicated.
