Church Parish Registers
Scope and Contents
Church parish registers, usually containing baptisms, marriages, and funerals, are available for the following towns and cities. If only one type of record is recorded, the entry below is marked (B) for baptisms or (M) for marriages. In some cases, two or more churches are represented for the same locality. Registers from former French possessions in the United States occasionally cover dates into the 19th century. For specific dates of coverage, check the labels on the film boxes.
