Log of voyage from New Orleans to Brasos St. Iago, commencing December 23, 1846, William Gardiner, master. The ship reached the Chalmette battleground, where it met with an accident that forced it to return to the city. Most of the record recounts efforts to clear the decks and make the vessel seaworthy. The voyage was not continued.
