Apparently the decision had not yet been made as to whether the crossing would be a bridge or a tunnel, since several tunnel plans are included. At least some of the plans show existing buildings and/or uses in the vicinity of proposed projects. These plans appear to correlate with the exhibits referenced in the text of the item in Box 3 #3.
