Biographical / Historical
The Intergovernmental Relations Division of the Mayor's Office coordinates relations with city commissions, the City Council, state and federal government agencies, and with international, national, state and local organizations and individuals. The citys 1995 adopted budget shows the following offices as budget entities under Intergovernmental Relations supervision: Human Relations Commission, Legislative Coordination, State Relations, Communications, Downtown Development District, Special Events, and Public Advocacy.
