Biographical / Historical

On taking office in May 1994, Mayor Marc H. Morial appointed Paul N. Sens to serve as his Executive Assistant for Intergovernmental Relations. Sens resigned in 1996 to run for a judgeship in the Municipal Court. He was replaced by Graymond Martin.
