Scope and Contents

Includes 108 oversize maps and plans (and some graphs) relating to the proposed crossing over the Mississippi River. Apparently the decision had not yet been made as to whether the crossing would be a bridge or a tunnel, since several tunnel plans are included. At least some of the plans show existing buildings and/or uses in the vicinity of proposed projects. These plans appear to correlate with the exhibits referenced in the text of the item in Box 3 #3.
