Scope and Contents

This series contains the builk of the CPC collection, including most of the more recent files created by the City Planning Commission after its merger with the Board of Zoning Adjustments. Meeting minutes, zoning dockets, and ordinances and amendments were produced by the CPC office for the City Council and the public. Subject files and office records were used for internal studies related to zoning and zoning ordinances.

Scope and Contents Much of the materials in this collection are constituent requests for assistance for a variety of problems. "Scheduling Files" comprise documents used by the Councilmember's staff to prepare his daily schedule of activities. As such, they include a considerable amount of information on events taking place in District B and the city as a whole. Scope and Contents

This collection spans the years 2015-2018, the last few years of Stacy Head's At-Large term. Records include a variety of topics such as housing, short term rentals, the utilities committee, and several Council meeting agendas containing Head's personal notes.
